How it all began

The truth is, this didn't start as something I planned.It was more like my own process, my own journey.I've always been quite sensitive to energy and to people, like I can feel what's going on underneath, even when nothing is being said out loud.And over time I started noticing something very simple: when we slow down a bit, when we breathe when we come back into the body, something shifts.Everything softens.So I started working with energy healing, yoga, stretching, and at some point it all just became one thing for me. Not separate things.Just different ways of coming back to yourself.And I also realised that everything is connected, the body, the emotions, the energy, everything is always communicatuing.And in the end, what we're really looking for is very simple: wellbeing.Feeling more like yourself again.

Everything is connected

What I do is really about slowing things down.helping you come back to yourself in a way that feels soft, and not forced at all.Sometimes it's energy work.Sometimes it's movement.Sometimes it's just presence.And it all works together, because the body, the emotions, and the energy, they're not separate things.When one shifts, the others shift too.And the intention is always the same: more balance, more ease, more wellbeing in your whole system.

What energy healing means to me

Energy healing is actually much simpler than people think.You don't really need to understand it with your mind.It's more like creating space.Space for your system to relax.We all carry things, stress, emotions, past experiences, tension and sometimes they stay in the body and in our energy without us even realising.Over time, that can feel like heaviness, disconnection, or just not fully feeling like yourself.Energy healing is a gentle way of working with that.It's not about fixing you.And it's not about forcing anything.It's about allowing things to move and release in their own way.Litle by litle, emotional and physical blockages can soften, so you can come back into more natural state.More you.More aligned with yourself.And you don't need to prepare anything or explain everything.You just come as you are.And we work with whatever is there in that moment.

Coming home to the body

With the body, it's kind of the same thing.We don't try to push or change anything aggressively.We just listening again.Through slow stretching and gentle movement, the body starts to release what it's been holding.And usually, you just feel a bit lighter afterwards.More present.
